my Kirby. The service and speed you supply is great. You picked
the machine up on Tuesday and it was returned on Friday morning
in full working order - wonderful. I would recommend you to
anyone who has a Kirby - my Kirby must be 25 years old and

Having dismantled the kirby after it stopped picking up, I
discovered the bearings on one side of the brush roll to have
seized. The bristles were getting a litte short after approx
15 years of use so I decided to change the whole assembly,
but where from? A quick search on Google and Kevco was the
top hit. The website was easy to navigate and find the replacement
part, it was competitively priced, so I ordered it immediately.
A quick and painless order system, complimented perfectly
by the execution of the order, the brush was in my hands the
next morning, fitted and all working perfectly again.compliments
to the staff at Kevco on a perfect site and supemely quick
delivery service. A 5 star company which I would use again
without hesitation.

The Kirby arrived safely and looked like a completely new machine.
I have had great enjoyment rushing round the house hoovering
all the rooms again and again. Having 2 Persian cats it is a
god send to me to have my Kirby back and in working order. I
am very grateful to you and your wife for all your efforts.
I hardly had to wait at all, considering the amount of work
that was needed to "put it right". I bought my Kirby
G4 back in 1994 at a fraction of the price they currently sell
for today. Whilst mine was off the road, I've had Dysons Hoovers
mainly and I can tell you that they do not even compare to the
Kirby. At one point I thought I was going to have to put my
machine in the dustbin, that was until I found your details
on the internet and you kindly fixed the machine for me to bring
it back into pristine condition.
I certainly will now be using you again for all my bags, shampoos
etc and definately for my yearly service which will be invaluable.
Up until now I did not have a point of contact for all the accessories,
bags etc as our local branch is no longer in existance.
My carpets look like new now and I feel much better and cleaner
now knowing I can get rid off all the white Persian hairs "just
like that".
